So my ankle's just about healed up and earlier today my crutches slipped and my knee went straight into the ground, of my uninjured limb. It still hertz like crazy and it's been 12 hours since. I just applied ointment and stuff, I guess I'll get it looked at when I get my ankle reassessed.
